Terms of Service

1. Scope
These Terms govern the use of paven-begum.store and all consulting services provided by iq digital media marketing gmbh (trading as IQ Digital Media Marketing), represented by Managing Director Mst Paven Begum ("Consultant"), to business clients ("Client"). Services are offered exclusively to businesses, not consumers.
2. Engagements
Each engagement is defined by a written proposal or statement of work (SOW) specifying scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. In case of conflict, the SOW prevails over these Terms.
3. Fees and Payment
One-time engagements are invoiced 50% upfront and 50% on delivery unless agreed otherwise. Monthly advisory retainers are billed in advance and due within 14 days of invoice. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Term and Cancellation
Monthly advisory engagements continue month-to-month and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work performed prior to termination remain payable.
5. Client Responsibilities
Client shall provide timely access to relevant systems, data and personnel. Implementation of recommendations remains the Client's responsibility unless explicitly included in the SOW.
6. No Guarantee of Rankings
Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties. Consultant applies professional, guideline-compliant best practices but does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, Client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use deliverables for internal business purposes. Consultant retains ownership of pre-existing methodologies, frameworks and tools.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties shall keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party and use it solely for the engagement. This obligation survives termination for three years.
9. Data Protection
Where Consultant processes personal data on Client's behalf, the parties will enter into a data processing agreement compliant with GDPR and applicable US state privacy laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consultant's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. Consultant is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Courts located in Arlington County, Virginia have exclusive jurisdiction.
